No need for a drive-thru run when you got these beauties on hand. Layered with cheddar cheese, seasoned egg and thick-cut ham - these sandwiches only get better when you add the TRUFF Hot Sauce inside.
- 3 English muffins
- 3 eggs
- 6 slices of thick cut ham
- 3 slices of mild cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- TRUFF Hot Sauce
Cut English muffins in halves and toast the insides using a toaster or with the oven set to broil for a few minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Using small ramekins, spray the inside with cooking spray then crack each egg inside. Lightly beat with a fork and top with salt and pepper. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. To remove, use a butter knife to slide around the outside and gently wiggle to loosen. Assemble the sandwiches with egg on the bottom, two pieces of ham, one piece of cheese, hot sauce then the other half of the bread.
