1 1/2 cup, sour cream

1 cup, TRUFF Spicy Mayonnaise

2 tbsp, taco seasoning

2 16 oz. cans, refried beans

2 cups, guacamole

2 cups, (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup, salsa

1/2 cup, tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup, red onion, peeled and diced

1/4 cup, sliced black olives

1/4 cup, jalapeño, sliced (optional)

2 tbsp, scallions, chopped

2 tbsp, cilantro, chopped

Layered Taco Dip

Instructions

  1. Place sour cream, TRUFF Spicy Mayonnaise, and taco seasoning in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Set aside for five minutes while you prep the other toppings.
  3. In a large dish, evenly spread refried beans.
  4. Spread guacamole over the refried beans.
  5. Top the guacamole layer with the spicy mayo-sour cream mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and top with salsa.
  7. Finish the dip with tomatoes, red onions, black olives, jalapeños, scallions, and cilantro.
  8. Serve the dip with an assortment of tortillas chips.
