Ingredients

2 tbsp, olive oil

1 lb., ground beef

1/2 tsp, salt

Pinch of black pepper

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1/4 cup, yellow onion, peeled and minced

1 tsp, Italian herb seasoning

1 jar TRUFF Arrabbiata Sauce

1 1/2 lb., cheese ravioli, fresh or frozen (if frozen, thawed)

1 cup, grated mozzarella

1/2 cup, grated parmesan

2-3 tbsp, chopped basil

TRUFF Ravioli Casserole

Dinner has never been easier, or tastier, than with our TRUFF Ravioli Casserole!

This meal consists of a savory meat sauce, delicious raviolis, and all the cheese you could dream of. Using our TRUFF Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, we have created a meat sauce with the perfect kick and combination of flavors. When added to the layered ravioli and grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese, this black truffle infused sauce is taken to the next level. This casserole will quickly become one of your go-to meals.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the oil is hot, crumble the ground beef into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the ground beef, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  5. Add the garlic, onion, and Italian herb seasoning to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook until the ground beef is cooked through.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low, add TRUFF Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, and stir to combine.
  7. Once combined, remove the mixture from the skillet and set aside.
  8. Lightly grease a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
  9. Place a single layer of ravioli in the bottom of the pan.
    1. Drizzle 1/3 of the meat sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
    2. Top with two more layers of ravioli, meat sauce, and cheese.
    3. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
    4. Remove the foil and bake until the cheese has melted.
    5. Garnish with chopped basil before serving.
