From shrimp and imitation crab, to TRUFF Original Hot Sauce and TRUFF Black Truffle Oil, this recipe is a great combination of flavors that will make for the perfect addition to any summer meal. These main ingredients are then perfectly complemented by fresh lemon, onion, celery, and fennel for a zesty, refreshing finish.
Instructions
- Place lemon juice, mayonnaise, TRUFF Black Truffle Oil, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, and seafood seasoning in a bowl, whisk to combine the dressing.
- Add the shrimp, imitation crab meat, white fish, onion, celery, fennel, and lemon zest to the bowl, stir to coat and combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
