4-5lb rack of ribs

Spice Rub:

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

TRUFF BBQ Sauce:

3/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Sweet and Spicy Ribs

Nothing screams summer like a rack of ribs!

These baked baby backs are heavily seasoned by all of your favorite dry rub mix-ins and coated with a TRUFF-infused BBQ sauce that delivers sweetness and spice in every bite. Prep this delicious recipe days ahead of your backyard get-together so your guests can enjoy these tangy ribs fresh out of the oven!

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the spice rub ingredients until combined.
  2. Prep the ribs by removing the membrane covering the underside.
  3. Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and rub generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the ribs for one hour or until ready to bake.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  6. Cover the top of the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for two hours.
  7. While the ribs are baking, whisk together the TRUFF BBQ sauce ingredients in a medium bowl.
  8. Temporarily remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with the TRUFF BBQ sauce.
  9. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and return the ribs to the oven uncovered for 10-12 more minutes.
    1. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
