Sweet and Spicy Ribs
Nothing screams summer like a rack of ribs!
These baked baby backs are heavily seasoned by all of your favorite dry rub mix-ins and coated with a TRUFF-infused BBQ sauce that delivers sweetness and spice in every bite. Prep this delicious recipe days ahead of your backyard get-together so your guests can enjoy these tangy ribs fresh out of the oven!
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the spice rub ingredients until combined.
- Prep the ribs by removing the membrane covering the underside.
- Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and rub generously with the spice mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate the ribs for one hour or until ready to bake.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover the top of the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for two hours.
- While the ribs are baking, whisk together the TRUFF BBQ sauce ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Temporarily remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with the TRUFF BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and return the ribs to the oven uncovered for 10-12 more minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
