2 tablespoons butter

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1/2 cup yellow onion, peeled and chopped

1 cup TRUFF Mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 bunches of asparagus spears, chopped

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated and divided

1 cup parmesan, grated

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Baked Asparagus Truffle Dip

This creamy, cheesy asparagus dip will have everyone wanting more thanks to our secret ingredient, TRUFF Mayonnaise. The hint of black winter truffles pairs perfectly with this veggie masterpiece. Serve this dish with crispy crostinis for ample dipping!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Once melted, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until tender.
  4. Transfer the sautéed veggies to a large bowl and add the TRUFF Mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth and combined.
  5. Add asparagus, 3/4 cup grated mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and stir to combine.
  6. Lightly grease a medium casserole dish and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Spread the mixture out evenly and sprinkle with the remaining 3/4 cup of mozzarella.
  8. Place the dish on a large baking sheet to catch any drips.
  9. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown.
    1. Remove from the oven and set aside to rest for 10 minutes.
    2. Serve dip with crostini or crackers on the side.
