Instructions
Place butter, TRUFF Buffalo Sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan.
Warm the sauce, whisking frequently, until the butter has melted. Set aside.
Pat chicken wings dry and place the wings on a wire rack-lined baking sheet.
Place the wings, uncovered, in the refrigerator to dry further for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place cornstarch, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl, whisk to combine.
Fill a large pot 1/3-full with oil or preheat a deep fryer to 350°F.
Place the wings in the bowl with the dry ingredients, and toss to coat.
Fry the coated wings 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the wings from the oil and set aside to drain. Repeat for the remaining wings.
Place fried wings in a large bowl, drizzle with TRUFF Buffalo Sauce, and toss to coat.
Serve wings with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
