1 1/2 lbs. butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon TRUFF White Hotter Hot Sauce
4 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
4 tablespoons sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown Sugar and Butter Fried Bread:
8 tablespoons salted butter, softened to room temperature
6 tablespoons brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
4-8 thick slices sourdough bread
4 tablespoons olive oil
