Tartar Sauce:

2 tablespoons dill pickles, minced
2 tablespoons red onion, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

12 slider roll, split
1 cup baby arugula
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
