1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1 package of your favorite frozen fries

3 tablespoons grated parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic Parmesan Fries with Spicy Aioli

Paired with a spicy aioli made up of our TRUFF Mayonnaise and TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, these fries will be gone in minutes! This aioli is so addicting, you might want to double this recipe to use throughout the week for a sandwich spread or as a dip for chips or veggies.

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine TRUFF Mayonnaise, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, lemon juice, dijon, garlic, and chives. 
  2. Whisk to combine the aioli and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. 
  3. Arrange cooked fries on a platter and sprinkle with parmesan, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
  4. Serve with aioli on the side for dipping.
