Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
8 oz. raw chorizo sausage
1 tablespoon TRUFF Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 bag yellow corn tortilla chips
1/2 cup corn kernels, drained
2/3 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup red onion, peeled and diced
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 red jalapeño, sliced
1 green jalapeño, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro or scallions, for topping

Who doesn’t love a plate of nachos, especially when they’re tossed with TRUFF Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce?!
This nacho recipe features all of your favorite toppings like chorizo, shredded cheese, corn, sliced jalapeños, black beans, red onions, and sliced black olives. What really takes this dish to the next level is the addition of our tangy, refreshing Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce.
These TRUFF’d up chips are so good, you might not want to share!
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add the chorizo, and cook, stirring occasionally, for three minutes or until cooked through.
Add TRUFF Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce and taco seasoning, stir to combine.
Continue to cook until the chorizo is thoroughly cooked through, about three more minutes.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Place a single layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
Top the chips with cooked chorizo, corn, black beans, onion, olives, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and jack cheese.
Repeat this step with a second and third layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite condiments for dipping.
