We know ranch on pizza can be controversial… but don’t rule it out until you give this recipe a try!
Our Spicy Marinara acts as the base of this savory pizza pie which is then topped with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham. To complement the pizza, we suggest recreating our two homemade dipping sauces to ensure your taste buds are fully satisfied. Choose between a truffle ranch, which features our Original Mayonnaise, or a spicy garlic butter featuring our Original Hot Sauce.
Hack: Dip your slice in the spicy garlic butter, then the truffle ranch for a flavor-filled bite that will have you adding ranch to every pizza night from here on out!
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
2. Place a pizza pan or stone in the center of the oven, allowing the pan to preheat for 30 minutes.
3. While the oven is preheating, place TRUFF Mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, pickle juice, chives, parsley, and honey in a bowl, and whisk to combine the ranch dipping sauce.
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
5. To make the spicy garlic butter, place butter, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, and garlic in a saucepan.
6. Slowly heat, whisking occasionally until the butter has melted and the garlic is fragrant.
7. Keep warm until ready to serve.
8. To assemble the pizzas, roll dough into a large circle on a lightly floured work surface.
9. Poke the center of the dough with a fork, leaving about an inch of space around the edge and brush with olive oil.
10. Divide the TRUFF Spicy Marinara between the two rolled crusts and spread out evenly.
11. Top the sauce evenly with mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham, and transfer to the oven.
12. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is a tender golden brown.
13. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil before slicing and serving.
14. Serve with dipping sauces on the side.
