1 cup butter (2 sticks)

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons TRUFF White Hotter Hot Sauce

3 bay leaves, roughly torn or chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 lbs. extra large raw shrimp

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 lemon, sliced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Baguette or French bread, toasted

Spicy TRUFF Prawns

Try this New Orleans inspired dish from the comfort of your own kitchen!

These spicy prawns are savory, with butter, lemon, and garlic, but have a perfect kick thanks to our TRUFF White Hotter Sauce. This combination creates an ideal medley of flavors that will leave you wanting more. Serve this dish alongside a crusty loaf of bread to be sure a single drop doesn’t go to waste!

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, add garlic, Worcestershire, TRUFF White Hotter Hot Sauce, bay leaves, and smoked paprika.
  3. Whisk until blended, and sauté until fragrant for about two minutes.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with lemon and parsley.
  7. Serve with toasted bread on the side for dipping.
