How hot is it?
Our Original Hot Sauce is a medium heat hot sauce.
Our Hotter Hot Sauce is about 2x the heat level as the original providing a really nice flavor focused punch of heat.
The Black Truffle Oil has no heat.
Is Truff gluten free & vegan?
Yes to both.
Is it sweet?
We use Agave Nectar from Jalisco to help balance out the Spice & Truffle so you will get a nice little sweetness in the flavor profile.
The Black Truffle Oil is not sweet.
How long does shipping normally take?
All orders are shipped out from our West Coast facility via DHL, UPS, USPS or FedEx. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, it normally takes 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered depending on your region. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

Does this product need to be refrigerated after opening?
Yes for our Original and Hotter Hot sauce. Please make sure to refrigerate after opening.
The Truffle Oil does not need to be refrigerated after opening.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided. You can track your package from the link provided in this email.

We provide a satisfaction guarantee with your order so we will be sure to take care of you.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can easily cancel or change your "Subscribe & Save" Truff Auto-Ship subscription at any time. To cancel or change your active subscription, please do one of the following:
